Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical data center projects, coordinating with the Project Executive, Field Leadership, and clients to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget, while upholding safety and quality. You will plan, schedule, and supervise work, allocate resources, manage change, and report progress.

Requires 5+ years of PM experience in electrical construction, strong knowledge of codes, and proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and P6; travel up

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven project management experience in electrical data center construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency with PM software tools: Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and P6.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, initiation, and risk assessment with clients and engineers.
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams including electricians and subcontractors.
• Allocate resources, manage procurement, and maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Monitor progress, safety, and quality; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Handle changes in scope and document impacts on timelines and costs.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards; conduct quality inspections.
• Maintain project documentation and deliverables; prepare reports and invoices.
• Conduct project reviews and closeout activities, ensuring all deliverables are completed.
