Qualifications

• 5+ years as Project Manager in electrical data center construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and P6.
• Safety-focused with NFPA 70E or OSHA certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, define scope, goals, and deliverables; develop schedules and budgets.
• Lead project teams of electricians, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate resources and manage procurement and vendor relationships.
• Monitor progress, budgets, timelines, and communicate status to clients.
• Handle changes, ensure safety and quality, document outcomes.
• Prepare reports and close projects with required deliverables.
