Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Project Manager to join our Project Management team in Afton, TX. You will lead the execution of multiple electrical data center construction projects, coordinating with the Project Executive, Field Leadership, engineers, and clients to deliver on time and within budget.

You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, safety, and quality, while mentoring teams of electricians, technicians, and subcontractors, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ proven years of recent experience as a Project Manager in the electrical data center construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools including Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and P6.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, change orders, scheduling, and client communication.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards with NFPA 70E or OSHA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and initiate projects with defined scope, goals, and deliverables; develop schedules and budgets.
• Lead project teams including electricians, technicians, and subcontractors; assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Coordinate resources and procurement to meet project requirements.
• Oversee project execution, safety, quality, timelines, and budgets; report progress to clients.
• Handle changes efficiently and document communications.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations; perform quality inspections.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and invoices; close out projects.
