Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking an experienced General Foreman to lead field installation for mission-critical data center projects. You will supervise electrical crews during installation, enforce safety, execute procedures, and ensure clean turnover documentation.

The role requires strong leadership on electrical scopes, the ability to read drawings and BIM, and a track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and safely at client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience on electrical projects up to $10M+.
• Experience leading crews of 3+ foremen on data center projects.
• Strong ability to plan work, schedule manpower, and manage procurement.
• Ability to read drawings, submittals, specifications and BIM detailing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, schedule adherence, manpower assignment, and supervision on projects.
• Develop and monitor construction schedules for the overall project.
• Guide installation and troubleshoot with the team and determine root causes.
• Maintain OSHA safety compliance and quality control on site.
• Test electrical systems and verify safety and compatibility.
• Document actions, results, and final diagnoses for each job.
• Assess electrical situations using blueprints and maps, and plan steps.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report policy violations.
