Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Project Management team in Centennial, CO. You will be integral to delivering hyperscale and AI data center campuses, supporting cloud, AI, and HPC workloads, with full lifecycle ownership from site development through commissioning.

You will work with Project Managers and engineers to enable successful project delivery, gain exposure to large-scale electrical construction, and help manage schedules, budgets, and field coordination on

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent with 3+ years of proven PM experience in electrical construction.
• Data center construction experience encouraged.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field encouraged.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and PM software/tools such as Accubid and Bluebeam encouraged.
• NFPA 70E or OSHA certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support the senior project management team closely.
• Develop techniques to ensure schedule requirements are met.
• Initiate and track change orders; liaise between field management and owner.
• Provide oversight of third‑tier subcontractors.
• Assist in creating and enforcing the project budget.
• Assist in creating and submitting the Schedule of Values (SOV).
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, quantity takeoffs, and material tracking.
• Oversee project closeout documentation to owner.
• Support Quality Control throughout electrical construction and commissioning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
