Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple crews and sites. The role focuses on delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget, with strong emphasis on interpreting detailed drawings, BIM models, and coordination with project management.

Ideal candidates bring extensive electrical trade experience, proven leadership over large crews, and the ability to manage procurement, QA/QC, and safety programs across complex installations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the electrical trade, preferably with data center construction or related fields.
• Experience managing projects with multiple crews and large craft teams.
• Ability to interpret drawings, submittals, specifications, and BIM details.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of all project craft employees.
• Coordinate with project management to meet schedule and budget.
• Maintain project construction schedule and train foremen on a 3-week look-ahead.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment for the project.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and support safety programs.
