Job summary

Loenbro Midwest seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee electrical data center projects from initiation to completion. You will lead electricians, technicians, and subcontractors, coordinate resources, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a related field, 5+ years in electrical project management, and proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ proven years of recent experience as a Project Manager in the electrical industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software including Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and P6.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, change order requests, scheduling, take-off meetings, and client communication.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards with NFPA 70E or OSHA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Initiation: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop comprehensive plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Team Management: Lead electricians, technicians, and subcontractors; monitor performance and foster collaboration.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate materials, equipment, and personnel; manage procurement and vendor relationships.
• Project Execution and Monitoring: Supervise execution; ensure safety, quality, and timelines; communicate status to clients.
• Change Management: Handle changes and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Implement QC procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project docs; deliver progress reports.
• Project Closure: Conduct reviews and submit final reports and invoices.
