Job summary

Loenbro Mission Critical is seeking an Electrical Assistant Project Manager to join our team. You will support senior project managers and help ensure schedules, budgets, and quality across data center projects.

Based on site, you will coordinate with field management, subcontractors, and engineers, handling RFIs, submittals, and value of work. A degree in a related field and 3+ years PM experience are preferred. Safety certifications are highly valued and on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in electrical construction.
• Mission Critical Data Center experience highly preferred.
• NFPA 70E or OSHA certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Close support for the senior project management team.
• Develop project management techniques to ensure schedule requirements are met.
• Initiate and track change orders and liaise between field management and owner.
• Oversee subcontractors and assist in budgeting and SOV processes.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, quantity takeoffs, and material tracking.
• Support project closeout and quality control activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
