Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical data center projects. You will collaborate with the Project Executive, Field Leadership, and clients to drive successful execution across multiple projects.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in electrical construction, strong knowledge of electrical codes, and proficiency with PM tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and P6. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of recent experience as a Project Manager in electrical data center construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency with PM software including Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid and P6.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Initiation: define scope, goals and deliverables with schedules and budgets.
• Team Management: lead electricians, technicians, and subcontractors; set expectations.
• Resource Allocation: manage materials, equipment, and vendor relationships.
• Project Execution and Monitoring: supervise execution ensuring safety and quality.
• Change Management: handle scope changes and communicate updates.
• Quality Assurance: enforce safety standards and electrical codes.
• Documentation and Reporting: maintain plans and regular progress reports.
• Project Closure: conduct reviews and deliver final reports and invoices.
