Job summary

Rhombus Services LLC is seeking a highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead massive multi-site retail and AV rollouts from proposal to final invoice. You will coordinate field technicians, manage supply chain logistics, build estimates, and collaborate with our accounting and business development teams to ensure seamless execution and profitability.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in related fields, strong financial acumen, and proven contractor onboarding expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in facility maintenance, AV installations, or multi-site retail rollouts.
• Strong financial acumen with proven experience building complex project estimates and proposals.
• Extensive experience managing and onboarding third-party contractors, subcontractors, and direct technicians.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage hundreds of moving parts (shipments, tech schedules, store openings) simultaneously.
• Proficiency in tracking projects through CRM/Project Management software (e.g., Salesforce) and managing spreadsheet-based invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute complex, high-volume multi-site rollouts (100–1,500+ locations) for enterprise clients.
• Develop aggressive but realistic project timelines, capacity plans, and installation paces to meet client deadlines.
• Coordinate warehousing, material kitting, and staggered drop-shipments to align with technician arrival dates.
• Develop comprehensive project proposals and formal quotes based on site surveys and client scopes of work.
