Job summary

BL Companies is seeking a Project Manager - Architecture to lead multi-location rollouts and manage an interdisciplinary team across several sites. The role emphasizes direct client engagement and delivering construction documents, permits, and design packages on schedule.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Architect with 8+ years' experience in ground-up and renovation projects, with strong supervisory skills and proficiency in Revit. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect with 8+ years’ experience in multi-location rollouts.
• Experience leading client program rollouts and supervising staff.
• Proficiency in Revit for designing/updating projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive all technical and design aspects of project rollouts through construction documents.
• Manage building permitting processes across multiple jurisdictions on the east coast.
• Plan, coordinate and facilitate activities of multiple disciplines from conception to completion.
• Develop and monitor internal workplans to ensure timely completion across locations.
• Monitor and report on project profitability and performance.
• Participate in business development and contract negotiations.
• Manage staffing needs and project personnel.
