Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a senior project manager to lead retail and multi-site renovations with direct client interaction. You will drive delivery, monitor schedules, manage budgets, and mentor teams to ensure a cohesive, efficient process across all stakeholders.

This role requires adaptability and strong communication across architects, contractors, and client reps. The position emphasizes rigorous cost control, resource planning, and timely decision-making to meet AGM targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7–12 years of relevant work experience.
• Deep retail, multi-site, fast-paced construction management experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Up to 50% travel as needed.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work with team lead and client for program best practices and delivery.
• Deliver renovations and monitor delivery of new stores by team members.
• Engage client early in the design process.
• Manage Owner Supplied Material orders and tracking.
• Control project schedule and align stakeholders.
• Maintain cost reporting with up-to-date financial tracking.
• Lead weekly program calls for active projects.
• Mentor JLL and client employees to support unified delivery.
