Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for restaurant and retail construction to lead multi-location programs from Seattle-based location.

You will act as the owner's representative, overseeing GCs, designers, and vendors across sites, delivering end-to-end programs including pre-construction, scheduling, and closeout. The role requires 5–10+ years as PM/Senior PM in retail/restaurant build, strong client communication, and proficiency with Procore, Smartsheets, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field or 10–15 years of relevant experience.
• Commercial retail, restaurant, tenant improvement, rebuild, and ground up construction experience required.
• 5-10+ yrs experience as a Project Manager or Senior PM.
• Airport experience a plus, TSA clearance eligibility.
• Proficiency in construction project management with knowledge from preconstruction through closeout.
• Exceptional communication with clients, contractors, and project teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and Smartsheets.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Executive or Operations Director in developing proposals, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery to client standards.
• Serve as primary client contact, communicating updates and resolving issues.
• Source, negotiate, and manage contractors, subcontractors, and third-party providers.
• Oversee estimating, bidding, permitting, and contract administration.
• Manage project changes, documentation, and reporting per Sevan standards.
• Implement Sevan technology solutions to enhance delivery.
• Lead project kickoffs and lessons‑learned reviews for continuous improvement.
• Represent Sevan in client and project meetings to foster relationships.
• Anticipate challenges and develop solutions to minimize risk.
