Job summary

Synchro is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. You will lead commercial retail projects, including store renovations, fixture installations and urgent client requests, while coordinating teams, budgets and schedules.

Travel averages 60–75% during the workweek and you will be responsible for estimating, change orders, and keeping client expectations aligned with project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience in retail construction or related services.
• Experience with estimating and change orders.
• Ability to read construction blueprints.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Excel and PM tools (MS Project, Procore, Smartsheet, Monday.com).
• Organize documentation supporting field execution and profitability.
