Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, a veteran-owned national firm, seeks a Retail Construction Project Manager to lead on-site construction execution for high-end retail programs in the U.S. Northeast region, coordinating with general contractors, designers, and vendors, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

The role requires 15+ years of multi-site retail experience, a relevant degree, strong client-facing skills, and travel about 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or equivalent.
• 15+ years of related experience in multi-site retail construction.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors, architects, vendors, consultants, and client stakeholders; strong budgeting and scheduling.
• PM certifications preferred (PMP/CCM/OSHA 30).

Responsibilities

• Oversee client project delivery, construction oversight, and project closeout.
• On-site management of construction activities.
• Maintain sites (owned or leased) and manage maintenance vendors within annual budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, schedules, costs, quality and safety; manage change orders.
• Conduct site visits and due diligence reviews.
• Prepare scopes, budgets, schedules, and reporting.
• Support capital improvements and asset replacement initiatives.
• Build relationships with clients and subcontractors for future opportunities.
• Provide guidance to operations, sales, and construction teams.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
