Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager for MEP building automation controls, leading office infrastructure upgrades and regional projects. The role requires strong BMS/automation knowledge, experience as an Owner’s Representative and collaboration with senior leadership on multi-project delivery.

The position offers a hybrid schedule onsite with approximately 20% regional travel and a focus on real estate, infrastructure and smart building initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience; combo of experience and education considered in lieu of degree.
• Owner’s Representative experience for Class A financial or professional services client; infrastructure/MEP experience required; strong knowledge of BMS controls, building automation, and smart buildings desired.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ability to lead delivery resources and work with senior leadership in a strategic capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, resources, cost estimates, budget, schedule, quality control and risk.
• Provide project reporting to the Project Management Director and other leaders; coach other Project Managers to develop expertise.
• Define delivery resources from pre-qualified lists; conduct RFPs, bid evaluations and resource recommendations.
• Ensure all functions stay on schedule and issues are resolved or escalated.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and collaborate to implement solutions.
