Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee MEP building automation controls projects for a financial services client. The role focuses on office infrastructure, BMS automation, and the Owner’s Representative responsibilities from initiation to completion.

The position offers a hybrid onsite schedule with approximately 20% regional travel, leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with senior leadership to deliver complex real estate projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred with 8–10 years of experience.
• PE, LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Owner’s Representative experience for Class A financial or professional services client is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to prepare scope of work, budget, schedule, and risk plans.
• Provide project reporting to the Project Management Director and senior leaders.
• Coach and develop other Project Managers across the function.
• Define delivery resources and conduct complex RFPs and bid evaluations.
