Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager for MEP building automation controls to lead office infrastructure projects for a financial services client. The role focuses on BMS automation within occupied, smart-building environments, and spans onsite and regional work.

You will work within the Project Management function as the Owner’s Representative from initiation to closeout, with a hybrid schedule and ~20% regional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• PE/LEED AP/PMP/CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Owner’s Representative experience for Class A financial or professional services client and infrastructure/MEP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to prepare scope of work, resources, cost estimates and budgets.
• Prepare and review project delivery plans, schedules, milestones, and risk management.
• Provide project reporting to the Project Management Director and senior leaders.
• Coach other Project Managers to expand knowledge across functions.
• Define delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through qualification processes.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and address issues as they arise.
• Lead regular status meetings for active and pending projects.
• Develop solutions and guide teams through implementation and completion.
• Apply advanced knowledge to improve methods and objectives across the department.
