Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager for MEP building automation controls to lead office infrastructure projects for a financial services client. This role focuses on BMS integration, building automation, and smart-building performance, with responsibility through initiation to closeout.

The position offers a hybrid schedule onsite in Mesa, AZ with ~20% regional travel to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred; 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Owner’s Representative experience for Class A financial or professional services client and infrastructure/MEP experience required.
• Strong knowledge of BMS controls, building automation, and smart buildings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PM Web or similar project management software.
• Ability to lead delivery resources and work with senior leadership in strategic capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects across planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to define scope, resources, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality, and risk.
• Provide project reporting to the PM Director and senior leaders.
• Coach and develop other Project Managers in key disciplines.
• Define delivery resources, run RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend resources to clients.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and issues are resolved or escalated.
• Facilitate regular status meetings for active and upcoming projects.
• Guide the project team through implementation and completion of solutions.
• Apply advanced methods to improve departmental performance and project outcomes.
• Demonstrate subject-matter expertise across multi-discipline teams.
