Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager for MEP Building Automation Controls. The role manages office infrastructure upgrades, with a focus on BMS automation in occupied spaces. It combines regional oversight with on-site project leadership and a hybrid schedule.

You will coordinate scope, budget, and schedule while leading senior stakeholders and coaching other project managers to deliver high-impact real estate projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• PE, LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Owner’s Representative experience for Class A financial or professional services client and infrastructure/MEP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to prepare scope, budget, work plan, schedule, quality control, and risk.
• Provide project reporting to Project Management Director and senior leaders.
• Coach other Project Managers to develop expertise across the function.
• Define delivery resources, conduct RFPs, bids, and resource recommendations.
• Ensure schedules are met and issues are resolved or escalated.
• Lead regular status meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Develop solutions with the project team to achieve objectives and share best practices.
