Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager for MEP Building Automation Controls to lead office infrastructure projects, primarily in occupied client spaces. The role focuses on BMS automation, real estate program delivery, and Owner’s Representative responsibilities with hybrid work on site and regional travel.

You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, risk and stakeholder engagement, while mentoring other project managers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
PE, LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation preferred.
Owner’s Representative experience for Class A financial or professional services client and infrastructure/MEP experience required.

Responsibilities

Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
Work with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, work plan schedule and milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
Provide project reporting to Project Management Director and leaders.
Lead and coach other Project Managers to develop expertise across the function.
Define delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or qualification processes and conduct RFPs.
Ensure schedules are met and issues are resolved or escalated.
Facilitate regular project status meetings for active and pending projects.
Collaborate to develop solutions and guide teams through implementation and completion.
