Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager focused on MEP Building Automation Controls for client campus and regional office projects. You will lead multi-discipline efforts, oversee budgets and schedules, and drive BMS and smart-building initiatives across real estate portfolios.

The role requires strong client interaction, ownership of project delivery, and experience guiding teams of PMs in fast-paced environments. Hybrid schedule with regional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred; 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Owner’s Representative experience for Class A financial or professional services clients with infrastructure/MEP.
• Strong knowledge of BMS controls, building automation and smart buildings.
• Proficiency in Office Suite; familiarity with PM Web or similar PM software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Lead client discussions on scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk; prepare project delivery resources.
• Provide project reporting to the PM Director and senior leaders.
• Coach other Project Managers to develop expertise across the function.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule; facilitate regular status meetings; drive issue resolution.
