Turner & Townsend in Phoenix seeks a Senior Project Manager specializing in MEP building automation controls to lead office infrastructure projects as an Owner’s Representative. You will manage initiation through completion, overseeing design, construction, occupancy, and closeout for real estate programs.

You’ll collaborate with clients, lead cross-functional teams, and guide delivery resources while maintaining schedules and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• PE, LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Owner’s Representative experience for Class A financial or professional services client and infrastructure/MEP experience required.
• Strong knowledge of BMS controls, building automation, and smart buildings desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of PM Web or similar project management software.
• Solid track record of working with senior leadership in a strategic capacity and the ability to lead delivery resources projects is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment while leading multiple projects and/or programs in varying stages.

Responsabilités

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare project elements: scope, delivery resources, cost estimates, budget, work plan schedule, quality control, and risk identification.
• Provide project reporting to Project Management Director and other leaders.
• Coach other Project Managers to develop deep expertise across the function.
• Define delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through project qualification; conduct RFQs, bid evaluations, and recommend resources.
• Ensure schedules are maintained and issues resolved or escalated.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings for active and pending projects.
• Collaborate to develop solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion.
• Apply advanced knowledge to innovate methods for achieving objectives.
