Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States seeks a Senior Project Manager for MEP building automation and smart-building upgrades. You will lead office infrastructure projects onsite and regionally as Owner’s Representative, guiding initiatives from initiation through occupancy.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience, strong BMS knowledge, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with hybrid onsite work and about 20% regional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience as an Owner’s Representative or project manager in financial/professional services infrastructure/MEP.
• Strong knowledge of BMS controls, building automation, and smart buildings.
• Proficiency with PM Web or similar project management software; solid MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Collaborate with clients on scope, budget, schedule, and risk management.
• Provide project reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
