Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager - MEP Building Automation Controls to lead complex office infrastructure projects for our financial services client base. The role combines on-site management with regional travel and a strong emphasis on BMS automation and smart building technology.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; combination will be considered.
• PE, LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred.
• Owner’s Representative experience for Class A financial or professional services client and infrastructure/MEP experience required with strong knowledge of BMS, building automation, and smart buildings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of PM Web or similar project management software.
• Solid track record of working with senior leadership in a strategic capacity and ability to lead delivery resources projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while leading multiple projects and/or programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, resources, budgets, schedules, quality control and risk.
• Project reporting to Project Management Director and other business leaders.
• Lead and coach other Project Managers to develop expertise across the function.
• Define delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through RFx; conduct bid evaluations and recommend resources.
• Ensure all functions stay on schedule and issues are resolved.
• Facilitate regular meetings to review project status.
• Collaborate to develop solutions and guide project team through implementation.
• Apply advanced knowledge to improve methods and outcomes.
• Lead by example and influence senior stakeholders.
