Job summary

Kokosing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to direct and coordinate construction activities across industrial projects, including water/wastewater facilities and production plants. You will oversee engineers, superintendents and foremen, drive CPM-based schedules, manage budgets, and liaise with clients to meet goals.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree (or Construction Management) with 5+ years of construction leadership experience; a PE is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required
• PE credentialing is not required but a strong plus
• 5+ years' experience in construction, design, finance, and management

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate construction activities.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate policy.
• Confer with project staff to outline work plan, assign duties/responsibilities and authority.
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Review proposals to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures, staffing requirements, and resources.
• Monitor and adjust schedules; prepare project reports for management and client.
• Lead project team in daily field coordination, weekly block schedule, and monthly safety kickoff.
• Mentor and develop career growth of team members.
