Job summary

Kokosing is seeking a senior construction leader to plan, direct, and coordinate industrial projects. The role oversees project engineers, superintendents, and foremen to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across water/wastewater facilities and data centers.

Ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree with 10+ years of experience; PE is a plus but not required. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and a strong career growth path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of experience in construction, design, finance, and management.
• PE credentialing not required but a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate construction activities.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate policy.
• Confers with project staff to outline work plan, assign duties and authority.
• Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Mentor and assist with career development of other team members.
