Job summary

Kokosing is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate a range of industrial projects including water/wastewater facilities and data centers. You will oversee engineers, superintendents, and foremen to ensure projects meet schedule and budget targets.

Responsibilities include client liaison, staff planning, schedule optimization using CPM, and mentoring of team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required.
• PE credentialing is not required but a strong plus.
• 7+ years’ experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management required.
• Open to other large construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate construction activities.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate policy.
• Confers with project staff to outline work plan, assign duties and authority.
• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges personnel.
• Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure progress on schedule and within budget.
• Reviews project proposals to determine timeframe, funding, procedures, staffing and resources; adjust schedules as needed.
• Prepare project reports for management, client or others.
