Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate construction activities on a variety of industrial projects, primarily Water/Wastewater plants and production facilities.

You will lead Project Engineers, Superintendents and Foremen, ensuring work progresses on schedule and within budget while maintaining safety and quality standards. This role requires 7+ years of construction management experience and strong leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required or strongly preferred.
• PE credentialing is not required but considered a strong plus.
• 7+ years of experience in construction, design, finance, and management are required.
• Open to other large construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams including Engineers, Supervisors and Foremen.
• Establish objectives, plans, budgets, and performance standards.
• Direct field activities to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Manage client liaison, progress meetings, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Oversee safety, quality, and compliance across projects.
• Mentor and develop team members and coordinate with subcontractors.
