Job summary

Kokosing Industrial, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to plan, direct and coordinate construction activities on large industrial projects, including water/wastewater facilities and manufacturing plants.

You will supervise project engineers, superintendents and foremen, align schedules with budgets, and ensure safety compliance. The role requires a civil engineering or construction management background with 10+ years of relevant experience and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; PE credentialing is not required but a strong plus.
• 10+ years' experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management.
• Understand and interpret safety laws and company policies/standards.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills; business oriented; able to interface and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate construction activities for industrial projects.
• Manage Project Engineers, Superintendents and Foremen who supervise construction employees.
• Monitor progress to ensure on-schedule completion within budget.
• Lead project team in daily field coordination meetings, weekly schedule meetings, and safety kickoff sessions.
