Kokosing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate construction activities for a broad set of industrial projects. You will oversee one large project or multiple smaller projects, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget while managing engineers, superintendents, and foremen.

Open to candidates with a Civil Engineering or Construction Management background and 7+ years of construction leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of construction/management experience.
• PE credentialing not required but a strong plus.
• Experience managing large industrial projects.

Responsabilités

• Initiate and maintain liaison with the prime client to facilitate construction activities.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate policy.
• Confer with project staff to outline work plan, assign duties and authority.
• Establish staffing for each phase and arrange recruitment or assignment of personnel.
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Review proposals to determine timeframe, funding, procedures, staffing and resources.
• Prepare project reports for management and clients.
• Coordinate activities with governmental agencies and subcontractors.
• Monitor CPM-based schedules and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Lead daily field coordination meetings and monthly safety kickoff meetings.
• Mentor and assist with career development of team members.
