Job summary

Kokosing is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead industrial projects in the Midwest. You will plan, direct, and coordinate activities for water/wastewater facilities, factories, and data centers, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and safe execution across multiple sites.

You will supervise project engineers, superintendents, and foremen, manage budgets and subcontractors, coordinate with clients and regulators, and mentor team members to strengthen capabilities while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required.
• PE credentialing is not required but is a strong plus.
• 7+ years’ experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management required.
• Open to other large construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate construction activities.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate policy.
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Mentor and assist with career development of project team members.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts and responsible for project profit or loss.
