Job summary

Kokosing Construction is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate industrial construction activities. You will lead project engineers, superintendents, and foremen to monitor progress, safety, and budget across water/wastewater facilities, data centers, and factories.

The role requires 7+ years of construction and management experience; a Civil/Construction degree, and strong communication with clients and subcontractors. PE is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 7+ years of construction, design, finance, and management experience.
• PE credentialing is not required but is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate construction activities on large projects.
• Lead project engineers, superintendents and foremen; ensure schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with prime client and government agencies; prepare reports.
• Monitor safety, conduct meetings, mentor team.
