Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate a range of industrial projects, including water and wastewater facilities and data centers.

You will lead Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Foremen, ensuring on-time delivery within funding constraints and maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities include client liaison, staff planning, resource allocation, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required.
• PE credentialing is not required but a strong plus.
• 7+ years' experience in construction, design, finance, and management required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate construction activities.
• Establish project objectives, policies and performance standards.
• Directs and coordinates activities to ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Lead project team in daily field coordination and weekly schedule meetings.
• Mentoring and assisting with career development of team members.
• Represent company in owner progress meetings.
