Job summary

Kokosing is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate construction activities across water/wastewater, industrial facilities, and data centers. You will lead engineers, superintendents, and foremen, ensuring projects meet timeframes and budgets while maintaining safety and quality.

This role emphasizes CPM-based scheduling, client liaison, and on-site leadership. A Civil Engineering degree and 10+ years in construction are expected; PE is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• PE credentialing is helpful but not required.
• 10+ years of construction, design, finance and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate construction activities.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure schedule and budget.
