Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee projects from planning through completion and ensure client satisfaction with unparalleled service. This senior PM role manages two to four concurrent projects of various crew sizes and mentors junior staff.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, with at least five years of project management experience, strong safety knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office and Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role.
• Strong performance management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office and Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor Project Assistants or PM I as needed.
• Plan and organize projects under guidance of a Senior PM or Division Manager.
• Supervise project staff and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
• Negotiate change orders and manage cost reporting.
• Represent the company in project meetings and client communications.
