Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion and ensure client satisfaction with outstanding service. The role supports senior PMs on several small to medium projects or one large project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within construction.
• Travel up to 25% as needed for project sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize projects under supervision of Senior PM or Division Manager.
• Supervise project activities, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Prepare project estimates after reviewing plans and bid forms.
• Monitor construction and ensure schedule adherence and budget control.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage progress billing, equipment rentals, and expenses.
