Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee multiple projects from planning through completion and to ensure client satisfaction. The role includes mentoring junior staff and providing senior-level project management support for two to four concurrent projects of varying crew sizes.

You will plan, organize, and supervise project objectives, budgets, and change orders while coordinating with clients, A/E teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Oracle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize projects from initiation to close under guidance of Senior PM or Division Manager.
• Supervise and mentor Project Assistants/PM I as needed.
• Establish objectives, policies and performance standards aligned with corporate guidelines.
• Negotiate change orders and manage the preparation of quotations for clients.
• Maintain liaison with clients and A/E teams to coordinate construction activities.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and monitor project financials (billing, expenses).
• Contribute to new business opportunities and project opportunities as they arise.
