Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role.
• Experience on large or multi-project portfolios with client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize projects under supervision of Senior PM or Division Manager.
• Oversee two to four small/medium projects or one to two large projects.
• Prepare change orders and cost reports; manage progress billing and budgets.
