Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Project Manager II to oversee projects from planning through completion and ensure client satisfaction with unparalleled service. This role supports two to four concurrent projects of small to medium crews or one to two large-scale projects, offering mentorship to staff.

Responsibilities include planning, directing change orders, cost reporting, and liaison with clients and A/E teams. Travel up to 25% and on-site construction site work are expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize projects from initiation to completion under senior PM guidance.
• Supervise project assistants and ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery.
• Manage change orders, cost reports, and keep projects within budget and schedule.
