Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion and ensure client satisfaction with outstanding service. You will support multiple small to medium projects or one large project under guidance from senior PMs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of construction PM experience, with travel up to 25% and the ability to work on active sites. Rosendin offers ESOP and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in construction.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work on active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior PM and/or Division Manager.
• Supervise project activities including task assignment and policy adherence.
• Prepare a complete project estimate with plans, specs, and bid form review.
• Establish project objectives and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Monitor and manage change orders and cost reports.
• Represent the company in project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
