Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee small to medium projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction and high-quality service. You will support Senior PMs, coordinate with foremen, and manage project documentation and costs on-site.

Responsibilities include budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and change management while maintaining safety and corporate standards. Travel up to 25% and a strong team-focused culture are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management role in the construction industry.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Accubid and Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
• Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant Project Managers and maintaining policies.
• Provide project management expertise to assess scope, schedule, and resources for project success.
• Prepare a complete estimate for the project with plans, specs, and bid form.
• Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards per corporate guidelines.
• Supervise change orders and negotiate changes with clients.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Investigate issues and implement corrective measures per guidelines.
