Job summary

Rosendin Electric in the United States seeks a Project Manager II to oversee projects from planning through completion and ensure client satisfaction by delivering unparalleled service. This senior PM role supports two to four small/medium projects or one to two large projects with mentoring duties.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in a related field and at least 5 years of PM experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office and Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior PM or Division Manager.
• Participate in the supervision and training of Project Assistants and/or Project Manager I.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Negotiate change orders and supervise their preparation for the client.
• Represent the company in project meetings and manage client relations.
