Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee two to four concurrent projects of small to medium crew sizes, or one to two large projects, from planning through completion. You will mentor staff, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain schedule and budget.

You will bring a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of project management experience, with strong knowledge of safety protocols and MS Office/Oracle, and you will collaborate across teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Oracle; strong knowledge of safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior PM or Division Manager.
• Supervise Project Assistants and junior PMs to ensure project alignment.
• Establish objectives, policies, and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Negotiate change orders and prepare quotations for the client.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and manage project finances.
