Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction with unmatched service. This senior role manages two to four small/medium projects or one to two large projects, mentoring staff and ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field and at least 5 years of PM experience. Travel up to 25% and a range of benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a project management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution of multiple projects ranging from small to large crews.
• Mentor and train project assistants and junior PMs.
• Prepare change orders, cost reports, and maintain project tracking.
