Turner & Townsend is a global professional services firm seeking a Senior Project Manager for a financial services client, handling regional retail bank ground-up and fit-out construction projects. The role is remote with up to 25-30% travel across Eastern or Central time zones.

You'll oversee project management from initiation to closeout, coordinate renovations in occupied facilities, and work with clients on scope, cost estimates, milestones, and risk, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Financial services client experience required. Retail construction program experience highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management software.

Mansioni

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects.
• Coordinate renovation activities within occupied facilities while minimizing disruptions.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project including scope, budget, schedule, and risk.
• Define delivery resources and conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Facilitate charter development and integrated timelines, ensure schedule adherence and issue resolution.
• Lead regular project status meetings and guide project teams through implementation.
