Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead regional retail bank ground up and fit-out construction projects for a financial services client. This remote role requires 25–30% regional travel within the Eastern or Central time zones.

You will manage all facets of project delivery, from initiation to closeout, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure success. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, scope definition, cost estimates, budgets, and risk

Formación

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
Financial services client experience required. Retail construction program experience desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management software.
Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions that have a broad impact on the business.
Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.

Responsabilidades

Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects.
Coordinate renovation activities within occupied facilities while minimizing disruptions to business operations.
Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project: scope, resources, cost estimates, budget, schedule, and risk.
