Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of retail banking branch ground-up and fit-out construction projects. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple fast-paced projects while ensuring consistency, quality, and budget adherence.

Role requires 25%-30% regional travel to project sites when required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing retail and/or banking ground-up and/or fit-out construction projects.
• Experience overseeing multi-site retail construction projects and fast-track project delivery environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Excel, and project management software platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple branch renovation and retail banking improvement projects from initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders including banking clients, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, facilities teams, and regulatory authorities.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, ensuring key milestones, critical paths, and delivery commitments are achieved.
• Ensure effective project governance, standards, processes, and reporting frameworks are consistently applied across all projects.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, executive summaries, risk registers, and leadership updates.
• Oversee the execution of branch renovations to ensure compliance with client design standards, brand requirements, security protocols, and operational needs.
