Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead renovation and delivery for a financial services client. The role is remote with up to 25-30% travel in Eastern or Central time zones, managing projects from initiation to closeout.

You will coordinate renovations in occupied facilities, prepare scopes, budgets, timelines, and risk management, and work directly with clients to ensure successful delivery. LEED AP/PMP/CCM designations are preferred and a bachelor's degree is common.

Qualifications

• Financial services client experience required. Retail construction program experience highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management software.
• Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions that have a broad impact on the business.
• Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects from initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate renovation activities within occupied facilities while minimizing disruptions to business operations.
• Prepare all elements of the project: scope, cost estimates, budget, work plan, milestones, quality control and risk.
• Define project delivery resources; conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations to clients.
• Facilitate the development of a charter and integrated timeline.
• Ensure all functions stay on schedule and issues are resolved or escalated.
• Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.
• Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation.
• Lead by example and model behaviors aligned with company values.
