Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, or CCM certifications preferred; financial services experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Kahua or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Coordinate renovation activities within occupied facilities while minimizing business disruptions.
• Work with clients to prepare scope, cost estimates, budget, schedule, quality control, and risk identification.
